Interesting ally comments. I don't really go beyond a preferred name. I see that as the ultimate inclusion. After all what is a more important word that identifies who one is?

Men should all be feminists. All that means is to be self aware, woke and an ally for equality. Feminine traits are labeled as weak not strong thus men who are feminist are perceived as weak.

You really nailed the masculinity bias in the workplace in all industries and levels. There is a huge amount of work still to be done on this bias.

It was reinforced by having men as rulers and in the military. Think back on the days of knights. Who had the right of way on any public thoroughfare? The king/ruler, other royalty, the military then a mad scramble for everyone else.

That male dominance pattern goes back to our earliest origins as humans. It's a function of who is the most physically imposing in any common setting or interaction.
